REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Although we hope that you love the service that we provide and the end result, design services, digital products and gift cards purchased from YouDontKnowMyStory are non returnable and non refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
SCOPE OF WORK
Designer will do the following scope of work for Client: perform graphic design or other service listed on website, or send digital product which said client has paid for. Designer is not required to design any content or set up additional elements outside of requested/paid scope of work as listed on website.
Each Client service will be acknowledged as an individual project intended for packages and monthly subscription plans that include multiple services.
REVISION REQUEST
Client has 72 hours to request any revisions. Designer grants Client two revisions for paid services as needed. In the case a revision is needed Designer will make changes before notifying client and await approval. Revisions may take 7-10 days or more depending on scope of work. After two revisions Designer may decline, or charge additionally for, work that Designer reasonably deems to be beyond this scope.
ADDITIONAL REQUEST
Designer will charge additionally for any maintenance and updates needed after revisions are completed.
DEADLINES
Final deadline for completing the scope of work depends on the project. There is a is 7-10 business day turnaround time on most projects. Some more advanced projects may take up to 90 days depending on project details. Once Client has paid, attended their initial strategy session and provided all necessary content and information requested in order for the Designer to complete the project, work flow begins. Designer may request additional necessary information to complete scope of work as needed.
Print materials will be delivered after Client has approved artwork and print job is complete.
OWNERSHIP OF THE WORK
Designer grants Client permission to use the work developed under this after full payment is received. Designer will grant the Client links or files to access services and digital products upon completion of work.
Digital products and free downloads created by YouDontKnowMyStory that are available on YouDontKnowMyStory website are not by any means necessary to be resold or offered by any other entity.
PAYMENT
Client will pay online via YouDontKnowMyStory website unless other arrangements are made. Designer may decline, or charge additionally for, work that Designer reasonably deems to exceed such revisions or be beyond the scope of work.
